When you use this device

The app stores your answers, schedule, fasting history and any water or activity entries in this browser. Clearing site data removes this local copy. People with access to an unlocked shared device may be able to view it.

When you use an account

If you choose an account, this WordPress website stores your name, email and saved app information so you can access it on another device. Guest progress is kept separate. The app asks before replacing unsynced progress. Website administrators and authorised hosting providers can have technical access to stored records.

Work hours and Ramadan times

Your work schedule and dates or times you enter are saved as part of your app profile. Your chosen mode is stored; the app does not request your religion or your precise location. Enter only the information you want to keep.

Essential storage

The app uses browser storage for your progress and preferences. WordPress uses cookies for sign-in. App installation may cache public files such as photographs, fonts and scripts on your device. This plugin adds no advertising or analytics trackers. Other services added by the website operator may have separate policies.

Contact messages

Your name, email and message are stored by this website and sent to the configured contact inbox so the operator can respond. Temporary anti-spam controls limit repeated requests.

Export, reset and deletion

Use You in the app to export your progress or reset it. A reset removes your tracker information, not your WordPress account or contact messages. For account deletion or other data requests, contact the website operator. Exported files, other devices and backups are separate copies; backups remain until the operator’s retention period ends.

About the app

This is a routine tracker and a source of general wellbeing ideas. It is not medical advice, a prayer-time authority or a background alarm service. Ramadan times are entered by you from a trusted local timetable. The timer uses your device’s clock and local time zone.
